This beautiful and well appointed Studio apartment in Romana Playa, Elviria, sleeps 4 people . There is a large west facing terrace with sea views leading directly from the living area. It comes with an awning should it become too hot and is equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs should you wish to relax and sun bathe in private.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave and washing machine should you wish to stay at home and cater for yourself.
There is also a TV with Satellite TV including some English Channels, DVD Player and a CD/Radio sound system and Wi Fi connection within complex

The apartment is on the 2 floor and can be reached by stairs and lifts, it includes 5 private swimming pools and sun beds. There is an excellent beach bar that serves a range of Spanish , English and other international dishes for lunch and dinner. There are a selection of shops, banks and a large range of bars and restaurants only 500 metres from the complex. The famous Santa Maria golf course is only a 5 minute drive from the apartment and the sophistication of Marbella itself is only a 10 minute drive away.
Elviria is a lovely area full of locals and with lots of shops and good restaurants. The complex itself has 5 swimming pools and beautiful, landscaped gardens where you can relax, or you can venture out to Marbella town centre which is only 15 minutes away, or the Santa Maria golf course which is within walking distance. There is also plenty nearby to keep children occupied, with water parks, a zoo and go karting all within a 30 minute drive.
